DEFCOMM's Quality Assurance is managed and monitored by DEFCOMM's President and Director of Operations, they are the key management points of contact; their direct oversight ensures rapid upper management response to contract requirements and critical issues.
The management of DEFCOMM is committed to implementing, and maintaining a documented quality system. This commitment includes: ensuring that customer, regulatory and legal requirements are understood and appropriately addressed, the quality policy is understood and implemented
within the organization including our team members and subcontractors. Quality objectives and plans are established as necessary and the responsibilities of all functions affecting quality are clearly defined.
DEFCOMM's Quality Management System consists of a documented Continuous Improvement Procedure to
define, plan and implement the measurement and monitoring activities needed to assure conformity and achieve improvement. DEFCOMM applies suitable methods for measurement and monitoring of those processes necessary to meet customer requirements. These methods confirm the continuing ability of each process to satisfy its intended purpose.
DEFCOMM also has controls in place to resolve problems quickly. Controls include a DEFCOMM Operations Manager with the authority and decision-making ability to handle issues should any arise. Any issues requiring
corrective actions are given the highest priority, and follow-up is provided to ensure that the
issue was handled satisfactorily.
DEFCOMM has performed on numerous task orders for it's DOD clients. All contract deliverables
including software, monthly reports, and documentation are delivered on time and compliant
with contract quality standards and CDRL requirements.
