San Diego DEFCOMM seeks to harness the innovation and drive of small technology companies, often pairing them with the infrastructure support of more established players, under the virtual company umbrella provided by our low cost/fast delivery organization to meet these transforming needs at a quality standard demanded by the defense community.

Additionally, San Diego DEFCOMM is continuously seeking new methods of supporting R & D by teaming with military and academia, using real life experiences to develop and implement innovative procurement procedures.
