San Diego DEFCOMM moved into its spacious, state-of-the-art Sofware Engineering Center and Small Business Incubator in 1999. With more than 28,500 square feet encompassing 118 cubicles, 16 private offices, 3 teaming rooms, a giant 80+ person conference center, 2 secure software laboratories, a secure software library, a 5300 square foot warehouse, and San Diego DEFCOMM Executive Offices, the Center is an excellent full service location for establishing a footprint or re-locating a division.

The Center is under constant surveillance, with fulltime on-site security, gated parking, keycard access, and more. San Diego DEFCOMM is proud to have earned and "Excellent" rating by DSS for our attention to details and the quality of our operations. More than 20 companies occupy the Center, with most working as team members of one of the resident Integrated Project Teams or using the facility as their corporate headquarters. With all of the amenities - not to mention a reverse commute - the men and women who work at the Center have consistently expressed their satisfaction that the facility adequately meets or exceeds their needs and those of their business.
